SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING POLICY

This Subscription & Billing Policy governs payments, subscriptions, and related transactions on ponchii.com (the “Platform”), operated by Ponchii OÜ.

1. Subscriptions

Creators may offer paid subscriptions to access their content. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing based on the selected plan.

2. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) unless cancelled.

3. Platform Fee

The Company charges a platform service fee of up to 12% on transactions. Payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe) may also apply.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

5. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except in cases where:

• the subscribed content becomes unavailable during the billing period, or
• required by applicable law

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to subscription content may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

7. Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for delivering the content associated with their subscriptions. The Company is not responsible for the quality or availability of creator content.

8. Changes

The Company may modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
