Ponchii OÜ ('Ponchii', 'we', 'us', 'our') operates the Ponchii platform. By using Ponchii, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Overview Ponchii is a creative platform where creators publish projects and stories, and readers can subscribe to access them.

2. Accounts Users must be at least 16 years old (or have legal consent if younger) and provide accurate information. Users are responsible for securing their accounts.

3. Creators Creators can publish projects and stories (comics, novels, animations, etc.) and set subscription prices. Creators may not upload illegal or infringing content. Ponchii may remove content that violates laws or these terms.

4. Subscriptions Readers can subscribe to access creators’ premium stories. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices range from €3–€20/month (set by creators). Ponchii takes a platform fee from each payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

5. Refunds All subscriptions are non-refundable. Users can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

6. Ownership & Rights Creators retain ownership of their works. By publishing on Ponchii, creators grant Ponchii a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display their works within the platform.

7. Platform Use Users may not post illegal, harmful, or adult-only content (unless compliant with law), bypass payment systems, or misuse the platform.

8. Termination Ponchii may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Liability Ponchii is provided 'as is'. We are not responsible for user content, technical issues, or third-party service failures.

10. Changes We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our site.
