2. Reporting Infringement If you believe your work has been infringed, contact us at contact@ponchii.com with: - Your name and contact details, - Description of the copyrighted work, - URL to the infringing material, - Proof of ownership.

We will investigate and remove infringing content if verified.

3. Repeat Offenders Accounts repeatedly posting infringing material may be terminated.

4. Platform License By posting on Ponchii, creators grant Ponchii a non-exclusive license to display their works within the platform and promotional materials.
